Appellant, Oswaldo Henriquez, challenges the trial courts rendition of summary judgment against him on his claims for wrongful breach of employment contract, defamation, and business disparagement brought against his former employer, appellee, Cemex Management, Inc. ("Cemex"). In a single issue, Henriquez contends that the trial court erred in granting Cemexs motion for summary judgment and dismissing his claims with prejudice. We affirm.
