Suit by the plaintiffs to restrain the defendants from interfering with the plaintiffs use of a small parcel of the defendants land and requiring them to remove obstructions interfering with plaintiffs use because they had acquired an easement by prescription. During the pendency of this action, Adolph Hagen died and at the time of the trial Martha Hagen was the sole surviving owner and the only defendant. The case was tried to the court which made findings of fact and Conclusions of law and entered a judgment for the plaintiffs from which the defendant, Martha Hagen, appealed.
